What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive your name, role, email address, phone or LINE details, the property details you enter and anything else you write. If you email, call or message us, we receive what you send.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask for. We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who handles it for us

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered by Resend, and email is handled by Google. These providers may process data outside Thailand. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep business records required by law, then delete them.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us to do this. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
