About Envirisk Asia
Envirisk Asia is the Southeast Asian arm of Envirisk, a UK water hygiene company and Legionella Control Association member.
Where we come from
Envirisk is a UK Legionella risk assessment and water hygiene company, founded by Ken. Envirisk Asia works alongside the UK business, to the same method and service standard. The UK has a long-established Legionella regime: a legal duty to assess and control, a published code (ACoP L8 and HSG274), an inspection standard (BS 8580-1) and an industry membership body (the Legionella Control Association) that audits its members' procedures. Ken spent ten years surveying hotels, hospitals, offices, factories and housing under that regime.
Why Bangkok
Southeast Asia has the opposite situation: warm water everywhere, buildings that store and reheat it, millions of visitors from the countries that do the surveillance, and few firms offering an independent assessment. The laboratories test, the chemical companies dose, and the written plan is usually missing. Envirisk Asia was set up in Bangkok in 2026 to do that work, under the UK method, adapted to how water systems behave here.
How we work
- Ken carries out the surveys and writes the reports himself.
- We do not sell chemicals, equipment or laboratory services, so the findings are not a sales pitch.
- We do not run a laboratory. Samples go to TEST TECH (ISO 11731:2017), IMC Thai (AS 3896:2017) or a Department of Medical Sciences Regional Medical Sciences Center (CDC-based method), named in the report.
- We work alongside your existing contractors and the provincial health office, not around them.
- Reports are in English, with a Thai summary for your team on request.
